Welcome to the Ontario Tea Room Trail 2025
Five tea rooms have joined together to bring you this exciting promotion starting in January 2025. Each tea room believes that Afternoon Tea is an experience that should be shared so each chosen location welcomes you and your guests to experience all they have to offer. Sit back, sip your tea, taste the delicacies, and spend the time with your dearest ones along our Tea Trail.
How it works: Visit one of the tea rooms on the trail, have a full "Afternoon Tea" experience to get your first stamped post card. Then visit the other tea rooms on the trail, having full "Afternoon Tea" at each, to continue to collect stamps. Everyone in your group can receive a stamp on their card. One stamp per paid full "Afternoon Tea" (each tea room refers to this slightly differently but it's the fullest version of their tea).
Why play? Because visiting tea rooms is fun and the tea rooms on this trail are some of the best in our southwestern Ontario region! You're in for a delectable journey!
What you can win: The randomly chosen winner will receive "Afternoon Tea for 4" at their choice of any of the tea rooms on the trail in 2025.

How to submit a completed card: After you've visited all the tea rooms and collected the stamps, write your name and phone number on the bottom of your postcard, take a photo of your postcard and email it to: GreatOntarioTeaRooms@gmail.com. If you do not have email, you can drop off your completed card at any of the 5 tea rooms and ask the owner will send the email in on your behalf.
How to win: One winner will be randomly drawn, from the emailed photos of completed cards, by May 31, 2026 and notified by email.
Promotion dates: The 2025 tea room trail runs from January 1, 2025 until April 30, 2026. Cards must be submitted by April 30, 2026 for the draw. The winner will be randomly drawn in May 2026 and notified via email.
How many stamps can I get on my post-card? There is only space for one stamp per tea room on each post-card, so five different stamps per card would be the maximum. But that doesn't stop you from completing more than one post-card. Once your first card is done, feel free to start a second. The goal of this promotion is to visit all the tea rooms by April 30, 2026 to collect stamps.
